I just wanted to take the time to finally say thank you for the frames I ordered. They worked out wonderfully...I am thrilled with them! They are exactly how I envisioned my final pieces to be. It was super easy to use your site & I was also impressed that when I had a question while on the website, I called the customer service number and someone answered the phone. Right away! Shipment sent to the wrong address. The right address was specified when ordering (otherwise credit card would not have been approved), but shipment was sent to an old address they had on file.

Disappointed! Inside of frame approximately 1/8\" too small. Canvas wouldn\'t fit in several frames. Plastic looks cheap and outside frame for larger canvases too small in proportion to canvas size.
