That was very kind and thoughtful of you. Now that's what I call superb customer service! Thank you for helping me. I was concerned and wasn't at all sure if I could make the problem frame look as good as the replacement looks, but I'll give it a try and I'll let you know how I make out. Recieved my panels and they look beautiful!!!!! Even nicer than expected. I'm so excited to paint on them. I've only ever painted on smaller art panels at 12x16, other than canvas. I like the finished product on wood much better so I'd be looking at buying everyhing from you if its affordable.
