Quick turn around time ordered on Dec 14th, received an email to clarify info on the 15th (happy to receive email as I was unsure about size so this communication put my mind at ease) and received email stating it was in transit with Canada Post the next day. Terrible experience. Ordered frame on March9th, arrived May7th. Arrived with two visible dents in frame material. And 2/4 clips on back have fallen off just taking it out of box. Quite disappointed. KeenART: The frame was a backorder item and because of covid-19 there is delays when ordering from suppliers unfortunately.
