I ordered a Standard Plaque Mount and they shipped me a FLOAT MOUNT. I called to talk to them about returning for a refund. The Manager (Azda of which I could not hardly understand) said I had to pay for the shipping back to them and they would not refund till they received their mess up back. The four frames that I ordered all came in mint condition in a tidy manner. However, the largest floating frame for a 36” x 48” painting was a bit too large and the brackets wouldn’t work. Now I am left to make my own custom brackets to try to make this work. Considering this was a $350 frame, this caught me off guard.
