My plaque mount has mounting issues. I will send a photo of the crease. KeenART: This was not due to a our error. This poster had very bad water or moisture damage to the it. So where the image has been damp or wet the paper shrinks and will not lay flat (you can notice this by rubbing your hand over the poster and it does not lay flat. Therefore when we laminate and drymount the print to the MDF wood the area where the poster has been moisture damaged will crease. Unfortunately we get a lot of these damaged prints sent to us every week as it is a cheap way to have it protected. I hope this helps. We in the world have a tenancy to complain so I thought I would take a minute and highlight my absolute delight with the service I receive from your company. The quality of framing material is excellent and the quality of the completed frames is exceptional. They are delivered on a tight schedule and the packing is the best I have ever had. Cost is fair and I do get quality in each frame. Well done and thank your staff on my behave for their excellent quality of their efforts.

I am so happy with the 3 picture frames I ordered. I was a little leery because I measured myself and ordered online so I wasn’t sure if everything would work out OK but it was excellent! The only thing that I found was it did not include instructions on how to use all the mounting brackets that it came with and how to properly attach it to the picture frame.
